Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

Voleroo is a flight-alert service. The controller is [TODO: legal identity to be completed].

For any question, write to admin@voleroo.com.

2. Data we collect

When you sign up, we collect the email you enter, and the fact that you agreed to receive flight alerts. We may also keep the signup source (home, footer, Premium) to understand where signups come from.

If you go Premium, we process the data needed for the subscription (email, payment status, transaction ids from the payment provider). We never see your card number.

We do not ask for a password: Premium deals are unlocked with the subscription email.

3. Why we use it

Sending flight alerts (free: a few deals a week; Premium: a digest at the rhythm you choose): your consent, which you can withdraw any time from the unsubscribe link in each email.

Running a Premium subscription (deals table, billing, cancel): performance of the subscription contract.

Answering a message you send us, keeping the service safe, and meeting legal duties: legitimate interest or legal obligation.

4. How long we keep it

Your email stays on the alert list while you are subscribed. You can leave in one click from each email. A Premium plan stays active until the end of the period already paid if you cancel.

[TODO: precise retention by data category]

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your email. We share it only with processors who handle data for us, limited to what is needed:

  • email sending: [TODO: email processor legal name]
  • Premium payments: [TODO: payment processor legal name]
  • site hosting

When you click a deal, you leave Voleroo to book with the partner. Their policy then applies.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some processors may handle data outside the European Union. [TODO: countries and safeguards].

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to some processing. You can also withdraw email consent without affecting sends already made.

Write to admin@voleroo.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies or equivalents to run the session (signup, Premium access). We do not add third-party ads on these pages.

9. Security

We limit access to the data and use processors for email and payments. No system is perfect: if an incident affects your data, we will tell you when the law requires it.

10. Contact and updates
